Jacqueline Pohida, MSN, CRNP, AGPCNP-BC

Jacqueline recently moved from the East Coast, and is very excited to become a member of the Bay Area community. Jacqueline received her bachelor’s of science degree in nursing (BSN) from the University of Maryland, her master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from George Washington University, and is Board Certified through the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jacqueline worked at Georgetown University Hospital as an acute care registered nurse in adult-solid organ transplant and later at George Washington University Hospital in bone-marrow transplant, pulmonary care, and internal medicine. Jacqueline is passionate about providing high-quality care for her patients and building long-term patient-provider relationships. She is dedicated to providing holistic care for her adult and geriatric patients and strives to empower her patients through education. Jacqueline loves working with and being active within a community and is looking forward to meeting new patients in the East Bay Area. Jacqueline’s interest areas include preventative care, mental health, and working with patients to manage chronic conditions.

In her free time, Jacqueline loves to spend time with her family and dog, Pensee. She also enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, and any event that brings her family and friends together.
